The law office Durakovic was established 13.05.2016. when the founder Elvis Durakovic left the position of the judge at the Basic Court in Kotor and started the law practice.

The law office has a rich experience in areas of rights in civil right, criminal law, extra- judicial law, misdemeanor law, commercial law, labor law, protection of personal data and customer rights and in these areas he advises, consults and represents numerous clients before courts and administrative authorities at the domestic and international level.
He was born in Berane. He finished primary and secondary school in Berane, while graduating from the Law Faculty of the University of Kragujevac, Serbia. He completed Master’s Degree in Law Faculty from the University of Belgrade, study program ”Business law”.
He started his judicial experience as a trainee at the Basic Court in Berane in 2006, until 2008, when he passed the professional exam for employees of state authorities. After that he started one year judicial experience in the company Meddis doo in Bar. And after passing the judicial exam in 2010, he continued to work at the Basic Court in Berane as a legal associate, and he was deployed in the cabinet of President of the court until 2012. During his engagement in the court as a legal associate, he was deployed at jobs of extra-judicial, lawsuit, executive and criminal department, jobs of the administrator of the website of the Basic Court in Berane, and from 01.01.2012. he was appointed to the helm of the Free Legal Aid Service in the Basic Court in Berane when he worked until October 2012 when he was appointed as a judge of the Basic Court in Kotor. He left his judge function in 2016. when he established the law office Durakovic with headquarters in Bar. Since 30.01.2019. he has been authorized to conduct disciplinary proceeding for minor violations of the official duties of civil servants and employees. He is a prominent expert and expert in the Commission for testing the knowledge of abilities, competencies and skills for work in state organizations in front of the Human Resources Management Authority of Montenegro. And since December 27, 2019, he has acting as a mediator in civil matters before the Mediation Center of Montenegro. The chairman of regional comission for restitution and compensation in Bar, Montenegro.
